Grades 4, 5, and 6 are preparing for the annual Student Body Elections. This year's election will occur on Friday, September 26.
Each Sixth Grade Class may nominate one candidate for the offices of President, Secretary, Treasurer, Director of Safety, and Director of Athletics. Each Fifth Grade Class may choose one candidate for the offices of Vice-President, Treasurer, and Director of Safety. Each Fourth Grade Class may select a candidate for the office of Superintendent of Grounds. Registered voters will elect one student for each office. The seven Student Council Officers will serve for the entire year.
All candidates must meet the following requirements:
1: Earned at least a “C” average on report card grades for all four quarters last year
2: Earned at least an “A-” in Conduct every quarter last year (that means Citizenship or Tomorrow’s Leader all year).
