This year the Missoula Children's Theatre will present The Jungle Book. Approximately 50 roles are available for Laurelglen students in grades Kindergarten through Sixth. An audition will be held on Monday, January 29, in the MPR starting at 3:10. Those auditioning must have returned a signed permission slip by Friday, January 26. They should arrive at 3:00 and plan to stay for two full hours. After the audition, some cast members will be asked to stay until 7:30 for the first rehearsal session.

Cast members must be available to rehearse Tuesday through Friday after school from 3:00 until 7:30. Two performances are scheduled for 3:00 and 7:00 on Saturday, February 3.

Students who wish to audition must meet the district's academic eligibility requirements for extracurricular activities; that is, no F grades on the 2nd Quarter Report Card.
