The Missoula Children's Theater will arrive at Laurelglen in two weeks. This tour team will arrive with a set, lights, costumes, props, and make-up - everything it takes to put on a play...except the cast.

The cast will consist of Laurelglen students. The team will hold open auditions for Laurelglen students to perform in the play "Treasure Island." all grades K through 6 may try out. A total of 50 to 60 parts are available for all grade levels. However, be aware that there are many more than 60 students at Laurelglen, so everyone who tries out will not be guaranteed a part. If you are not awarded a part, you may be able to help by taking tickets, passing out programs, selling snacks, or moving props, etc. Hopefully most students woh attend the audition will be able to participate in some way or another.

An information sheet was sent home with students today, and a ticket order form will be sent home on Wednesday. This will be a big committment and a huge responsibility, so be sure to read all of the information carefully.
