Curriculum Requirements

Every student at Warren is required to take year-long classes in Reading/English, Mathematics, History, and Physical Education in both the 7th and 8th grade. In addition, a full year of Science is required in the 7th grade, and one semester of Science and one semester of Computer in the 8th grade. This allows all students to take two elective courses during each school year, except students who have chosen year long electives, such as band, orchestra, cheerleading, and yearbook. Instrumental music students may take zero period PE in order to increase their elective choices. Zero period PE is offered from 7:30 to 8:10 a.m. each day before the regular school day begins.
