• Medication
     
    As required by law, school officials may only administer medication if parents have their physician sign a form giving the following information:  name of child, name of medication, and current dosage.  District Policy requires that children may not bring medication to school.  A parent of guardian must deliver the medication to the school office for safekeeping.  Medication must be marked with the name of the student, the name of the medication, the dosage, the reason for the medication, and the date (this information can be acquired by your pharmacist).  You may pick up the appropriate forms in the school office.   Please arrange to pick up any such medication prior to the last day of school.  These procedures are required for both prescription medications and over the counter medications.
