Assistant Superintendent of Educational Services

Dr. Lynn Paslay brings over 28 years of experience in education to her role as Assistant Superintendent of Educational Services. She leads a collaborative team focused on supporting student success through oversight of key departments and programs, including Alternative Education, Communications, Community and Family Engagement, Health, Safety & Wellness, Recreation, and Student Support Services. She also serves as the district’s compliance officer.

Throughout her career, Dr. Paslay has served in a variety of educational roles—General Education Teacher, Special Education Teacher, Reading Specialist, Instructional Coach, Principal, Federal Programs Director, and Assistant Superintendent. Each role has contributed to her deep understanding of the needs of students, families, and educators.

Dr. Paslay is passionate about creating systems that prioritize what’s best for kids. She firmly believes that when schools, families, and communities are equipped with the right tools and resources, students thrive. Her leadership is grounded in service, equity, and a steadfast commitment to student learning.
