Assistant Superintendent of Educational Services

Jennifer Irvin is currently the Assistant Superintendent of Educational Services here at Panama-Buena Vista Union School District. In this position, she leads a dynamic team while overseeing the departments and programs of Alternative Education, Communications, Community and Family Engagement, Health, Safety & Wellness, Recreation and Student Support Services. Ms, Irvin is also the compliance officer for the district. While she has been in this role for 4 years, she has been with the Panama-Buena Vista School District since 1990, serving 18 years as a teacher at several of our school sites. 

In addition, she was an assistant principal at Stonecreek Junior High, Principal of Laurelglen Elementary, the Director of Extended Learning, and Director of Human Resources. She believes the best way to achieve excellence in education is by providing resources to support our students, families, and communities so students may learn.
