AFTER-SCHOOL PROGRAM
Located at Actis, Berkshire, Castle, Loudon, Miller, Panama, Sandrini, Seibert, Stine, Stonecreek, Thompson, Van Horn, and Williams schools offers free after school homework help/tutoring, physical education, and academic enrichment activities for students in second through eighth grade. The program begins immediately upon school dismissal until 6:00 p.m. Attendance at any of the following mandatory orientation meetings is required prior to student attending the program. July 13, 2020 EXTENDED LEARNING UPDATE:
Due to the health and safety concerns of Covid-19 all ACES registration for 2020/2021 academic year will take place online.
2020-2021 ACES Registration
(2nd-8th Grade Students)
ACES Orientation/Application will be online for the 2020-2021 school year.
*Parents who attended the in person orientations in March at Seibert or Miller do not have to complete the online orientation.*
- Please email parent's first and last name along with a valid email to elhelpdesk@pbvusd.k12.ca.us. The orientation link will be e-mailed to you starting June 22nd.
- Once you have completed the online orientation, completely fill out the ACES Application that will be provided at the end.
- Drop the completed application into the Extended Learning Drop Box outside the office or mail it to 4200 Ashe Road Bakersfield, CA 93313 ATTN: Extended Learning.
