Chad Blain

Board Trustee

Chad Blain has served the local community as a Special Education educator for the last 24 years. He and his family have been proud residents of Trustee Area 4 in the Panama-Buena Vista School District for the past 13 years. During that time, all three of his children have attended schools within the District, and each of their experiences have been incredibly positive and meaningful.

Chad holds a B.S. in Church Ministry from Southwestern Assemblies of God University, a California Education Specialist Instruction Credential from National University, and a California Administrative Services Credential and Master of Arts in Administrative Services from Fresno Pacific University.

Chad believes success in education is never the work of one individual; it comes from collaboration among families, educators, staff, and the community, all working toward a shared vision of excellence for our students.
