Keith Wolaridge

Board Vice President

Keith C. Wolaridge, Ed.D., is a respected business and community leader who has proudly served on the school board since his appointment in 2009 and election in 2010. He is the owner of Five Pillars and Associates, a leadership and personal development company.  For over six years, Keith has been a dedicated professor at Bakersfield College, where he mentors and prepares future business professionals.

Keith holds an Ed.D., M.B.A., and an M.S. He is also a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School, the Kern Leaders Academy, and the California School Boards Association’s Master's in Governance program.

Committed to strengthening his community, Keith is an active member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. and has served on the Boards of Directors for the Bakersfield Symphony Orchestra, Housing Authority of Kern County, and the Kern County School Boards Association.

A devoted husband of more than 25 years and father of four daughters, and is an avid reader, passionate golfer, and the author of Five Pillars (2020) and Decisions from the Dais (2024).
