Annual Employee Training
Welcome back P-BV Employee!
All employees returning to work for the Panama-Buena Vista School District, must complete the Annual Training at the beginning of each school year. This training includes information on the Injury, Illness and Preventions Program, child abuse reporting, workers' compensation, acceptable use of technology, and emergency procedures, as well as many other topics pertinent to your safety and employment.
As a returning employee you are required to complete the following courses within 30 days of your contracted date:
- Annual Training
- Active Shooter
- Standard Response Protocol (SRP)
- McKinney-Vento
- HazComm/Safety Data Sheet (SDS)
- Heat Illness Prevention
- Workplace Violence Prevention Plan (WVPP)
- Integrated Pest Management (IPM)
- Sexual Harassment
Training courses will be completed using the District's online learning management system, Trakstar Learn. You will receive individual invite emails for each course which includes the deadline for completion. You may receive additional emails if your position requires other training such as playground, ladder safety, asbestos awareness, electric pallet jack, etc.
