Heat Illness Prevention
Panama-Buena Vista Union School District is committed to providing all our employees with a safe and healthy workplace. The District has developed a Heat Illness Prevention Plan, which includes policies and procedures to minimize the risk of heat-related illness. Employees working in areas where environmental risk factors for heat illness may be present are encouraged to be mindful of heat illness symptoms, methods to prevent illness, and procedures if heat-related symptoms occur.
