Worker's Compensation

As an employee of the Panama-Buena Vista Union School District you are covered under our Workers’ Compensation Insurance for work related injuries or illnesses without fault.  The Workers' Compensation program provides state-mandated benefits to P-BV employees.  

We are committed to providing support and assistance to our employees. If you are injured on-the job report the injury to your Supervisor immediately. The Site/Department Secretary will guide you through the paperwork process. If you have any questions regarding an on-the-job injury or your workers' compensation claim please contact the Health, Safety and Wellness Department at 661-831-8331 Ext. 6177.

Helpful Forms

The Predesignation of Personal Physician form must be completed and on file with the Health, Safety and Wellness Department before an injury occurs.
